WHERE IS THE OFFICE LOCATED?

Victoria Park Optometry is located in downtown London Ontario at the Intersection of Wellington Street and Pall Mall St.  You can find us here. There is free parking for patients behind the office which can be accessed from Pall Mall St.

WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?

We accept most insurance plans and offer direct billing when offered by the insurance company.   Due to the large number of plans and differences in rules please call or email us for more information if you are uncertain. We can be reached at 519-672-7206

HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT TAKE?

Please try to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment start time. Most appointments will require approximately 30 minutes. It is our goal to spend as much time with you as necessary to solve the problems you have and provide you with all the information you need.

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?

We do our best to help our patients in the case of an emergency. Please call us at 519-672-7206 for availability. The Urgent Care Clinic at St. Joseph's Hospital is the best alternate for emergency eye care, they are located at 268 Grosvenor St. and open from 8am to 6pm weekdays and 8am to 4pm weekends.
